Bolo de Cenoura

1 chávena e meia de açúcar

1 chávena de óleo

3 ovos inteiros

2 chávenas de farinha

1 colher de chá rasa de canela

1 pitada de sal

1 de noz moscada

3 chávenas de cenouras raladas

 

Forno 180 graus. Forma rectangular untada e polvilhada com farinha

 

Juntar o açúcar com o óleo e os ovos bater durante 1 minuto. Meter a farinha, a canela, o sal, a noz moscada, bater mais 30 a 45 minutos.
