Biscoitos de cerveja

Metade do peso de farinha em açúcar. Cerveja o suficiente para amassar. Amassa-se bem, fazem-se uns torcidos que se passa por açúcar pilé e vão ao forno.

Bolo de caramelo

200g de manteiga 135g de açúcar 200g de farinha 1 dl de leite 2 ovos 2 colheres de chá de fermento   Trabalha-se o açúcar e a manteiga até ficar em creme e depois junta-se as gemas a farinha peneirada o caramelo o fermento e por último as claras em castelo. Não mexer muito.
